B’s – Paleo Pancakes

B’s Almond Meal Paleo Pancakes:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of Almond Meal
  • 1 tsp. coconut flour
  • ½ mashed banana, or for less sugar use canned pumpkin puree (1/4 Cup)
  • 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 stevia packet, or tsp. of agave
  • 1 tbsp. crushed pecans

Omelets:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ Cup of Spinach
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • ¼ cup of shredded zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. of diced peppers
