B’s Almond Meal Paleo Pancakes:

- 1 tsp. coconut flour
- ½ mashed banana, or for less sugar use canned pumpkin puree (1/4 Cup)
- 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 stevia packet, or tsp. of agave
- 1 tbsp. crushed pecans
